I would love to! I'm a huge fan of audio, and nothing would please me more than listening to my characters.
However, at this point, it's not something I can do independently. I'm an international author who can't take advantage of Amazon's ACX service, which is a bummer.
A company picking up the audio rights to any of my series and making it happen, though? That's on the table. The bigger the success of the other formats of the books, the better leverage I'd have to make it happen.
Bottom line: become a book-pusher!
About Faerie Sworn
There are three full novels (The Wild Hunt, The Wild Curse and the Wild Herald), plus two short stories and a novella (Faerie Nights, Faerie Oaths and Faerie Hearts). That makes six total, although only four are up for sale (the full novels plus Faerie Hearts). If you want the two extras, you can get them for free if you sign up to my newsletter. You can do that following this link.
The Faerie Sworn series is complete.
Maybe. I've learned never to say "No way!" but if I do revisit the world, it'll be a new story. Meaning? Troy and Lily might make an appearance, but they won't be the main characters.
I've been toying with the idea of a Marast-centric story where we get to see how he became the Unseelie Hunter.
I've also been thinking of coding a little game (text-only, make your own choices type) to have some extra fun with courtly intrigues.
None of those ideas are plans for the moment. We'll see.
About Exile of Angels
Short answer: no idea.
Long answer: I have a very clear plan on what will happen in this world into the future. There are several arcs involved--three at the moment, each of them dealing with entirely different issues. Think of it as three series within a series. Depending on sales results and reader response, I'll publish one of this complete arcs, the main one, which should be complete in three novels (might have to make that four due to length), and move on to another project, or go on into the second arc. And while I do have the plans for the second and third arc, I haven't outlined anything so I've no clue how many books (and different point-of-view characters) the entire series would require.
The good news? As I gain experience as a full-time author, I also hope to shorten my production cycle. Hopefully, you'll see more than a book a year from me!
Ehh... I wouldn't say so.
The main characters are demons. Fallen angels, if you will. They don't get redeemed. There's no going back to the heavenly choirs for them. And they are, in all their flawed disgrace, the only ones available to save the world.
There's cursing involved, too. And morally questionable decisions. And other things that don't quite fit with a "religious fiction" series.
That said, I do use a bit of a Christian framework to explain their Fall. It's close to Paradise Lost than to the Bible, and there's plenty of personal interpretation on why they chose to rebel against God, waging a war they knew couldn't be won.
